Summary


After the victim's parents asked for leniency, a Clifton man was sentenced Friday to one year of probation for helping Jonathan and James Zarate try to get rid of the body of a Randolph girl murdered by the brothers in 2005.

Vladimir Basilio was 16 when he was caught with the Zarate brothers on July 31, 2005, trying to throw a trunk containing the body of 16-year-old Jennifer Parks off a bridge in Rutherford.
