Monday morning at 10:30, I went to my gas station where I paid $2.45 per gallon for regular. I returned at 11 a.m. with my dad's car, and the price was up to $2.55 per gallon.

Now this station hardly had time to purchase a new supply of gas in that half-hour, certainly not at such a high price to justify a jump of that much in the retail price.

Someone really should be doing stories on price gouging....
