Summary
I DON'T SMOKE. When restaurants went smoke-free, I cheered. When bars went smoke-free, my dry cleaner wept. But a bill working its way through the state Senate that would ban smoking in a private car if a child under the age of 16 is present is more than wrong. It's dangerous.
