Sign Points to Future Walking Trails ; Tells History of Norwood's Blanch Avenue

NORWOOD The Norwood Environmental Commission recently dedicated a historic sign at Blanch Avenue that will be the starting point for the first of several walking trails in the borough.

Norwood obtained a grant from the Borough County Open Space Trust to fund the $3,700 sign. Two benches and several native trees and shrubs were also installed on the unpaved roadway.
