An educational tour company outlined a broad plan Wednesday to satisfy parents who said the firm botched an inauguration trip, but officials gave few details about how they will distribute a $1 million refund pool.
The plan's centerpiece is a review of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council trip by former U.S. Attorney General Benjamin Civiletti, who will speak to parents, students, vendors and staff about problems with the trip, a company statement said.See the full content of this document
