DuHAIME: I think many of these reforms are going to be supported by the public. Many people feel that our best teachers should be rewarded and that, like in other businesses, there be some sort of merit pay, some sort of reform that allows for bad teachers to be replaced and good teachers to be rewarded.See the full content of this document
