THE RECORD: Public corruption, two words that seem, at times, perfect together with "New" and "Jersey," have been in the news this week. There have been some changes in the fates of former state Sen. Joseph Coniglio and a former sheriff in Middlesex County, Joseph Spicuzzo. Is anyone shocked by any of this?
FOX: The role of the Attorney General's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office is to weed out corruption wherever it exists, whether it's in government or out of government. It continues to shock me that people continue to be either stupid or greedy or both.
