LET'S start with the ARC tunnel. The governor's put a 30-day hold on all new contracts and construction. Democrats are concerned. Transportation folks are concerned. Is a 30-day hold a smart thing or is this putting the whole project in jeopardy?

FOX: I wouldn't describe it as the Democrats' concern. There are a lot of people, whether they are Democrat, Republican or independent, who support this project. It is a generational project. The same argument could have been made about the George Washington Bridge, that the costs were high. The same thing could be made about the Lincoln Tunnel. This is a project that has been moving forward for the last 10 years.
