The New Jersey Turnpike Authority plans to trim as many as 50 jobs by offering workers as much as six months of pay as a retirement incentive.
The authority is offering the buyout option to 2,465 employees with at least one year of experience a change from previous buyouts when employees had to have 15 years of service.See the full content of this document
