MAHWAH The Board of Adjustment was correct in denying an application by Pilot Travel Centers to expand a truck stop on Route 17 south, a state Superior Court judge has ruled.
Judge Joseph S. Conte upheld the township's position that the site, located just 200 feet from Mahwah High School, was not suitable and that the application would "not promote the public health, safety, morals and general welfare."See the full content of this document
