FAIR LAWN - The resident who asked to see more than a year's worth of borough-related e-mails stored on Mayor David Ganz's personal computers said he would be willing to drop his request if the borough changes how it posts meeting agendas.

Donal Meyers, a frequent critic of the council, won a six-month battle with the borough this month when the Government Records Council, the agency responsible for enforcing the state's Open Public Records Act, ruled that Fair Lawn must turn over all e-mails kept on Ganz's private computers that relate to borough business.
