The bumpy ride along West Clinton Avenue in Tenafly is about to get smoother. Motorists won't have to dodge potholes on Kennedy Street in Hackensack. And in Englewood, children walking to school and families heading to synagogue will see improved sidewalks.
State and local officials on Wednesday announced the recipients of nearly $104 million in grants statewide under the state Department of Transportation's municipal aid program. The 457 grant winners include 49 projects in Bergen County and 19 in Passaic County, including one in Paterson, which received $509,757 to resurface various streets.See the full content of this document
