WEST PATERSON - Residents recently got a glimpse at what the borough will look like in the near future - and the future is green.
At a Wednesday night meeting in Borough Hall, two landscape architects and two officials from the Passaic River Coalition unveiled preliminary plans for two redeveloped green spaces, a walking and bicycle path along the historic Morris Canal and a park located on the old Dowling property, and a new community center.
