CLIFTON -- A city man was arrested for allegedly threatening to burn down a house early Friday because his girlfriend was not paying enough attention to him, police said.
Vishwamitra Chetram, 49, argued with his girlfriend at their home on Rowland Avenue about 1:45 a.m. and went into the garage and grabbed a large plastic gasoline container, Detective Capt. Robert Rowan said. Chetram allegedly poured gasoline around the perimeter of the home while several people were inside.See the full content of this document
