Q. One of my group of friends is causing so much stress that we're ready to have an intervention. This particular friend is always late -- for movies, plays, parties, you name it. Wants to do lunch but then doesn't show up until 3 o'clock. Makes plans and then "forgets" or cancels at the last minute. Wants to stop over after work and never shows or calls. Cancels weekend plans an hour or two before we were to leave.
