MAHWAH -- A juvenile and his 18-year-old friend were arrested after nearly a dozen decorative lights on a brand new Hindu temple were broken.
Police responded to Hindu Samaj on West Ramapo Avenue at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday and "immediately noticed the damage" to nine large light sconces mounted on the front of the temple and two in the rear, Lt. Martin Clancy said Monday.See the full content of this document
