NORTH BERGEN - Negotiations are under way with the now-defunct trucking giant APA Transport Corp. to swap the township's PCB- tainted swimming pool complex for a 14.5-acre tract of undeveloped land nearby.
Township Administrator Christopher Pianese said officials are hopeful that an agreement can be finalized by March that would put the township on course to open a new pool complex in two years.See the full content of this document
