CLIFFSIDE PARK -- A borough man was arrested last week after he lied about an elbow injury to avoid paying for a broken window, police said.
Alexander Mejia, 30, of Accomando Place needed at least 20 stitches to patch up the elbow he put through a vacant storefront window at 297 Palisade Ave., Capt. Michael Russo said Friday.See the full content of this document
