Originally created from a simple combination of chocolate, marshmallow and graham crackers, the s'more (a contraction of "some more") has come a long way since its 1927 recipe debut in a Girl Scout handbook. Now, 80 years later, the treat's recipe has shed its relative simplicity and undergone a new-age, gourmet evolution, evident in the pages of a new publication by s'more ambassador Lisa Adams.
