The fourth book in the series, "Kosher by Design Short on Time" (Art Scroll/Shaar Press, November 2006), is especially appropriate this time of year, with most recipes requiring only 10 minutes of active time, so you can take a break from the kitchen and keep the emphasis on what's really important, she said.
