ATLANTIC CITY -- The prevailing feeling before Andre Ward defeated Carl Froch was that the winner of their fight would face Lucian Bute in his next bout to completely determine super middleweight supremacy.
It sounded more likely in the aftermath of Ward's masterful performance against Froch that Bute will battle the loser of the Ward-Froch fight sometime in the first half of 2012.
