The New Jersey Education Department released documents Thursday, including some cost projections for public education, after advocates for poor children sued to gain access to the data.
The department had refused to release the data from a 2003 study until the Newark-based Education Law Center sued in Superior Court in Trenton. A judge recently ruled that the department had to release the data to the public.See the full content of this document
