EACH DAY from now until the summer solstice, June 21, daylight will linger a bit longer and the sun will cross a little higher in the sky a sure sign that despite the occasional chill in the air, spring is upon us.
About this time last year, I was in the early stages of a very ambitious project. The first part of my mission was to see our country in one of its most glorious moments; the spring season.
