IT MAY HAVE been the most startling cinematic coincidence since the debut of "The China Syndrome" just a few days before the 1979 nuclear accident at Three Mile Island.

I'm talking about last month's announcement of a 10th planet having been discovered in our solar system coming precisely on the same evening as a scheduled network screening of the movie "K-PAX." In that film, a mental patient, played by Kevin Spacey, claims to be a visitor from another world many light years away. He informs his psychologist that there are actually 10 planets revolving around the Sun.
