There is no magical formula. It's not about adding more of one ingredient or less of another, like some sort of recipe that can be followed and perfected. Chemistry is something that just happens to a team. Either you have it or you don't.

That doesn't stop girls soccer coaches from doing a myriad of things in an attempt to develop the elusive quality that can make or break a season. Coaches use devices such as bumper cars, golf balls, zip lines, bowling alleys, movies, and water balloons to build chemistry within their teams. Oh, and food. Lots of food.
