A hulking former bank building would make way for Bogota's first town house complex if a developer's plans are approved.

The builder, DPA Associates, says its proposed 14-unit complex would be a vast improvement to the desolate corner lot at Elm Avenue and West Fort Lee Road. Grass pokes through the asphalt surrounding the nearly windowless, empty building that once served as a computer center for a bank.
