PATERSON - Work has begun on International High School Academy - the district's largest and most costly school to be built under a statewide, multibillion-dollar schools construction program.
Workers are removing asbestos from the old brick Dalzell Trucking Co. building, and though the barbed wire-rimmed lot at Grand and Perry streets looked deserted Thursday morning, state officials reported that an oil tank was removed and that workers were checking for soil contaminants.See the full content of this document
