YESTERDAY marked the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka, Kan., the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling that declared school segregation unconstitutional. Brown banned "separate but equal" schools.
Interesting how five decades later, that's pretty much what we have in New Jersey: separate but equal schools. Or at least schools that are supposed to be spending equally on their students.See the full content of this document
