You won't find nuts more freshly roasted in North Jersey than at Bass Nuts & Dried Fruit in Fair Lawn, where almonds, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds are prepared every night. It was difficult choosing which nuts, fruits, candies, spices and other ingredients would fill our basket and as soon as we paid, we noticed the house-roasted coffees behind the counter.
