WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP A skydiving instructor and another man who were making a tandem jump fell to their deaths Sunday when their main and reserve parachutes opened only partially, Gloucester County authorities said.
Paul Joseph, 30, of Monroe Township and Reed Michael Loeschke, 28, of Hoboken were found just before noon in the yard of a vacant home and pronounced dead at the scene.See the full content of this document
