Richard Mann, 30, was sitting in front of the garages at 210 Hamilton Ave. with a group of five other men at 1:40 a.m. when he heard multiple gunshots and saw a muzzle flash from up the street in the parking area of what was once a church at 217 Hamilton Ave., said police spokesman Detective Lt.
