PARK RIDGE -- A lieutenant in the Park Ridge Police Department and two other men have been accused by a police captain of illegally accessing a state domestic violence database.
Park Ridge Capt. Craig Coughlin alleges in his complaint that between July 18 and Sept. 10, 2004, Lt. Joseph Rampolla, former Officer Gary Kirk and Tri-Boro dispatcher Richard Hulford unlawfully accessed the state's domestic violence central registry and disclosed confidential information about him.See the full content of this document
