The Commission on Science and Technology is sponsoring a series of seminars to help New Jersey start-up companies compete for federal grants in the research and development of new technologies.

The first seminar is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at NJIT Enterprise Development Center in Newark. The program will offer instruction on preparing competitive grant applications for the National Institutes of Health.
