Under new federal legislation, the Small Business Administration has permanently raised loan amounts for most of its programs and given a one-year cap on the increase for its express loan program.
Loans that will be permanently affected include the 7(a) program; fixed-asset loans through the 504 certified development company program; microloans and international trade; export working capital; and export express loans.
