SADDLE BROOK -- The Township Council will ask a retired judge to answer questions about a recently completed investigation of the mayor before council members decide what to do with his report, council President Omar Rodriguez said Tuesday.
The move is being contested by Councilman Anthony Halko, who said Rodriguez did not distribute the document to other council members quickly enough and did not ask their opinion before inviting the judge to meet with them.See the full content of this document
