PARK RIDGE - The mayor and council told Sprint that four locations the wireless provider suggested for a cellular telephone tower are "unacceptable."

Three of those sites are behind Borough Hall in a recreation area. The fourth is on Park Avenue in front of the municipal building. Officials are concerned that the sites are too close to homes and playgrounds.
