There are 207 apartments on 13 floors in the Colt Arms senior housing building and residents crunching the numbers say one elevator is not enough.
For two weeks one of the high rise's two elevators has been inoperable, mainly because it is outdated and the manufacturer no longer carries the part needed, according to officials at Colt Associates, owner of the building.See the full content of this document
