WOODLAND PARK -- Replacement of a damaged culvert under New Street is to be completed by the end of the month, officials said.
The original target was Sept. 29 but work was delayed, first, by the time - two months - it took to prepare the new culvert and, second, by the removal of underground fiber-optic cables by Verizon, said Johnny Rocha, the supervisor at the construction site for the contractor, Joseph M.
