PEQUANNOCK - The school district spent about $5,500 to repair three private cars that were vandalized in the school parking lot, drawing fire from upset residents.
Two cars parked next to each other in the high school lot were scratched along both sides - possibly by a key - according to a June 9 police report. The repair payments were later decided on in closed session, but residents learned about the payout recently.See the full content of this document
