RIDGEFIELD - Two large warehouse operations, each with more than 100 employees, have become the latest casualties in a controversial plan to redevelop a large industrial tract already occupied by productive businesses.
The Borough Council on Monday designated a 28-acre parcel near Overpeck Creek, Bell Drive and River Street as blighted, putting it under local redevelopment and housing laws, and almost doubling the size of the tract it wants to convert into an upscale commercial district.See the full content of this document
