NEW YORK - Three starting basketball players at St. John's University were suspended from the team Thursday following allegations by a woman in Pittsburgh who said she was raped by several players she met at an adult nightclub there.
No criminal charges have been filed, but the university announced that it had suspended seniors Abraham Keita, and Grady Reynolds, and sophomore Elijah Ingram, a former star at St. Anthony in Jersey City and the club's leading scorer at 13.2 points per game. All were suspended "for violation of team rules and behavior inconsistent with St. John's mission and values."See the full content of this document
