PALISADES PARK - Borough officials on a crusade to rid the town of illegal boardinghouses Thursday found 36 students, in training to become missionaries, living in two duplex homes a block apart.
"This is a different twist: It's like dormitories," said Mayor Sandy Farber, whose administration has taken a hard stance against unauthorized boarding and rooming houses since launching a crackdown 2 1/2 years ago.See the full content of this document
