* When it comes to packaging, glitz has given way to simple charm, at least for the baked goodies I've received in the last week. B.T. Baking, based in Philadelphia, wraps its fudgy brownies like little gifts in clear plastic wrap and ships them in a square, chocolate brown box neatly lined with orange tissue paper. We sampled the cookie brownie - chocolate chip cookie dough baked on top of a brownie -- peanut butter brownie and pumpkin brownie, but our favorite was the plain brownie - made with 70 percent dark chocolate.
