RIDGEWOOD A 14-year-old student at Benjamin Frank-lin Middle School was charged with arson this week after setting a bathroom soap dispenser on fire with a cigarette lighter and causing the entire school to be evacuated, Bergen Coun- ty Prosecutor John L. Moli- nelli said.
