WESTWOOD -- A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. today at Westvale Park to celebrate the final phase of the former landfill's transformation into a recreational facility.

The $2.5 million project will include the installation of drainage, irrigation, lighting, new ball fields, a dog run, restrooms, a concession stand and other amenities.
