The state agency that monitors recently released prisoners is examining whether to change security procedures after a man fled a hospital while under the agency's supervision and allegedly killed his 21-year-old ex-girlfriend in Bergen County, a spokesman for the State Parole Board said Wednesday.
"We are conducting a review of this incident, and the chairman of the Parole Board will determine if it's necessary to modify existing procedures," agency spokesman Neal Buccino said.See the full content of this document
