It finally seemed like a Rex Ryan camp Thursday afternoon.
That's because, per the new NFL rules regarding player safety, the Jets were permitted to hold their first practice in pads, which meant hitting was back in vogue. Even better news was the fact that the new CBA finally was ratified by the players shortly before 5 p.m., meaning that Jets who had signed new or restructured contracts could get on the practice field after sitting out the first three days.See the full content of this document
