TRENTON - A new poll of likely voters in the election for New Jersey governor has Republican Doug Forrester closing to within a point of his Democratic opponent, U.S. Sen. Jon Corzine.
In the WNBC/Marist Poll released Monday, 44 percent said they supported Corzine and 43 percent Forrester, with 13 percent undecided. When the poll's sampling error margin is factored in, the result is a statistical dead heat.See the full content of this document
