Summary
PARAMUS - Police seized more than $4,000 of drug money after watching a deal go down amid parked cars in the congested Garden State Plaza lot.
Paramus Officers David Lagrone and Glen Pagano were patrolling the parking lot Friday when they saw a silver Mercedes-Benz and a red pickup truck pull-up side-by-side at 7:08 p.m. They watched the three men exchange a wad of cash for some plastic bags filled with marijuana, police said. When officers approached the cars and smelled burnt marijuana, officials said one man told police, "We're just doing a little shopping."See the full content of this document
