Path Train Hits Barrier in Hoboken; 12 Possibly Hurt

HOBOKEN - A PATH train bumped into a barrier past the platform in the Hoboken station on Monday, leaving 10 passengers as well as the conductor and engineer complaining of back or shoulder pain, the commuter line operator said.

They were taken to hospitals for medical evaluation, and the train was taken out of service, said Steve Coleman, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
